SmartSerialMail is my first choice when it comes to bulk mailings. You can do nearly anything with the software without being limited by the same old drag and drop editor results you'll find in other mailers. Simply build your email in html or import it and you're good to go!
Also comes with a variety of templates, as far as I've seen they look good.You can also use the software to get around restrictions like gmail or hotmail impose: simply tell the mailer when to take a break from sending and spread the load over many days.List management is also okay, many import sources, uses a database for your addresses and names.Really cheap, too! No monthly/pay per mail scheme, buy it once and keep it.Check it out, it's really worth a try.

Cons: takes some getting used to, but is worth the work!
